Andrew Meier
Andrew leads every Meier Made engagement directly. He brings more than a decade of experience building and operating the capital-markets, accounting, data, and software systems behind lending businesses. He has done that work through startup growth, a public-market transition, and acquisition, combining financial operating judgment with hands-on delivery across modeling, data engineering, functional programming, and cloud infrastructure.
AI Agents
Meier Made builds and maintains a team of AI agents that assist with software development, business operations, research, document review, presentations, communications, and coordination.
Each agent is configured for a defined role and operates through dedicated identities and business accounts. Agents receive controlled access to the tools and information they need, along with repeatable procedures for completing common work.
Agents can work independently, report progress, and review one another’s output. Andrew directs their work and remains responsible for consequential decisions.
